Offer applies to standard tank models only. Tank upgrades, additional labour, and installation may be subject to extra charges. 3. Promotion Period: This promotion is valid from November 28–30, 2025. Purchase agreements must be signed during this period, and installations must be completed no later than December 31, 2025, to qualify. 4. Limitations: Offer valid while equipment and installation capacity remain available. One free water heater and one $250 discount per household. This promotion cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases or combined with other discounts, rebates, or offers. 5. Determination of Eligibility: Eligibility is subject to verification by Spark Heating & Air Conditioning. Customers must ensure safe and accessible installation conditions. Unsafe, non-compliant, or non-standard environments may result in additional charges or declined service at the installer’s discretion. 6. Rental Agreements: Offer excludes buyout, removal, or termination of any existing rented water heater. Customers are responsible for managing or cancelling any active rental agreements with their rental provider. 7.
