Right from my intial conversation with Denise who coordinated the booking of my appointment on Friday afternoon, February 22nd, 2019 to Darryl Ashurst the Technician who came out to my house twice that same day – in the afternoon and then again in the evening, I must say your customer service was absolutely fabulous. They both were very pleasant, professional and accomodating – such a joy to work with. I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend Spark to anyone or to use their expertise again should the need arise. Thanks to Darryl he got my furnace working again and heated up my house from a “deep freeze”. Please pass along my appreciation and thanks to both Denice and Darryl for all they did to right the wrong with the furnace.
