Scott was exceptional in many ways this visit. The first thing was that he performed the requested service work smoothly and explained what he was doing as he progressed. More importantly, he provided some good ideas on things I might want to think about regarding both my hot water tank, and my air filtration system. He do not pressure me into anything, but provided me sound information and quotes so that I can think about these items. The last thing is that he took the time to take some pictures, explain the work to be done, and provide a quote regarding some additional duct work that I briefly spoke about with another service technician in February. In the end, Scott always provides excellent service work along with very useful and understandable information all in a very professional manner.
